Zona Acoustics is an independent acoustic consultants based in London, specialising in planning application noise surveys and noise assessments, acoustic design advice and sound testing for residential and commercial developments across the UK.
Our acoustic consultancy services cover all areas typically required during the planning process, including noise surveys and noise assessments for newly proposed residential developments and planning application noise surveys and noise assessments for new and existing outdoor building services plant such as domestic and commercial air conditioning (AC) condenser units, air source heat pumps (ASHP), restaurant and takeaway kitchen extract fans, office chiller units and air handling units (AHU) and more. We also cover all areas of acoustic design including recommendation and review of the acoustic and sound insulation performance of building elements for residential developments, schools, hospitals, offices, commercial developments, night clubs, music venues or anywhere else where acoustics play an important role in the building’s performance. At the closing stages of a project, we can provide sound insulation testing for Approved Document E of the Building Regulations.
